- Number of people in your group (including ages, if applicable)
- Preferred date and starting time
- Name of the tour you are interested in
I will respond as soon as possible. Once the date, time and itinerary are confirmed, I will send you an invoice with a secure payment link to complete your tour booking by credit card.
If the tour includes attractions that require advance or timed entrance tickets, I will let you know which tickets and entrance times are appropriate for the agreed itinerary. Entrance tickets are purchased separately by the visitors.
The meeting point depends on the tour. Barcelona tours begin in Barcelona, Girona tours in Girona, Figueres tours at the Dalí Theatre-Museum, Montserrat tours at Montserrat, and tours of Costa Brava or medieval villages begin directly at the agreed destination. The exact meeting point will be confirmed before the tour.
The private tour price is calculated per group. Entrance tickets to museums, monuments and other attractions are not included in the tour price unless specifically stated otherwise and are purchased separately by the visitors.
Yes. If you would like to adjust your itinerary, add or remove a site, or change the starting time, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request, subject to my availability and any entrance reservations already made.
My tours are primarily walking tours. Depending on the destination, you may also use public transportation or a taxi at your own expense. Transportation, transfers and vehicle rental are not included in my guiding service.
You can cancel your private tour free of charge at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Unfortunately, no refund is available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the meeting time.
Entrance tickets are purchased separately by the visitors and are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions of the attraction or ticket provider.
Licensed tour guides receive professional access or complimentary admission at many attractions, although the conditions vary depending on the site. If a guide reservation is required for the attraction included in your tour, I will arrange my own professional access separately.
You only need to purchase the entrance tickets required for the visitors in your group. Please confirm the tour date and starting time with me before purchasing timed tickets.
